Jamie Cho

Jamie has had a passion for film from an early age.  After graduating Southampton University with a Sports Science & Psychology degree, he embarked on his career as an actor.  During which, he has been worked in numerous Film and TV projects including The Purifiers, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Eastenders, Law and Order, Harrigan and Acquitted.  He has also featured in commercials for top brands such as Intel, Pepsi, Subaru, Nivea, Gillette and Tsingdao Beer.

At the same time Jamie was developing his skills behind the camera writing and directing a series of short films. He also directed action scenes for MTV show “Barro 13”.  

In 2013, he setup an independent production company, Sentient Films, which aims to bring inspirational stories to life with beautiful cinematic imagery.  The company produced the hugely popular show, “Ching’s Amazing Asia” for Scripps International Networks LLC, which was broadcast on the Food network in over 100 countries around the world. Since then it’s gone on to produced numerous online campaigns and series.

He is currently developing his first feature film project as well as playing the role of “Colonel Chan” in the upcoming BBC Dr. Who special featuring David Tennant and Catherine Tate TX 2023.


Ching He Huang M.B.E

Emmy Nominated Chef | Producer

After graduating from Queen Mary University with a first class honour in economics, Ching started her own food business at 21.  The company manufactured a large variety of food and drinks with her products making to the shelves of Harrods, Selfridges and Waitrose.  

Her hard work and enthusiasm for food led to a screen test opportunity for UK Food. It was great success and she was given her first show “Ching’s Kitchen”.  

Since then Ching has hosted 11 different shows across the UK, USA and Asia, earning an Emmy nomination in the process for her show "Easy Chinese: New York and L.A". Her popular show credits include BBC’s Chinese Food Made Easy, Exploring China, Food Network’s Easy Chinese and Restaurant Redemption. She is also a prolific food writer, authoring 10 cook books that are published around the world.

Together with Jamie, she setup Sentient Films in 2013.  Since then she has co-produced and hosted numerous projects, including the hugely popular show, “Ching’s Amazing Asia” for Scripps International Networks LLC, which was broadcast on the Food network in over 100 countries around the world.

Ching was awarded an M.B.E in The Queen's Honours 202 list for her services to the culinary arts in the UK. In 2022, Ching is the chairwoman for Asian territories for the world "Young Chef Young Waiter"competition to bring recognition to young rising stars in hospitality.

One of Ching’s biggest love outside food is story.  A perfectionist in all areas she strives for the highest quality in any project she undertakes. Being a twice immigrant before the age of 11 years old, she understands the struggles of the Asian diaspora and is passionate about Asian representation in the media.
